 Welcome. You have found a marriage friendly therapist trained in
PAIRS® (Practical Applications for Intimate Relationship Skills),
Relationship Enhancement (RE), Couples Communication,
PREPARE/ENRICH, Couples Checkup, Mindfulness Meditation and Victim
Crisis Intervention.
As a marriage and
family therapist educated in many of the ‘best practice’
marriage education programs, I will teach you concepts and skills
you may never have thought about to revitalize or create a healthy
relationship with your partner. I have worked with couples and
individuals over the last eighteen years to help them through the
most difficult stages of their marriage or relationship.
As a marriage educator
and professional counselor I will help you identify strengths and
opportunities in your relationship that will bring more joy and
pleasure to your life and help avoid the pain and pitfalls of
separation and divorce. As adults we learn how to do many things
but one thing many of us may never have learned was how to
effectively communicate and resolve differences with our partner
and still get our needs met.
I am dedicated to
providing you with this ‘New Hope’ in your relationship. I
will help you to increase your understanding of yourself, your
partner and how to avoid destructive behavior that often gets in
the way of having a healthy, loving and committed relationship.
